Enrollments are accepted up to and including the first scheduled seminar date.

Late enrollments are accepted at any stage of the seminar. However they are at full fee, refunds are as stated in the Refund Section, and the participant is still bound to fulfill the necessary requirements to receive a certificate, which may not be possible depending on actual enrollment date.

The seminar descriptions will list any prerequisites if required.

A full refund is granted if the participant withdraws at any time before the date of the second scheduled session. A half refund is granted if participant withdraws on or after second scheduled session but before date of third session. No refund is granted if participant withdraws on or after the date of the third scheduled session. Late enrollments are also bound by these regulations.

Two types of certificate are issued. A Certificate of Attendance or a Certificate of Passing. 

A Certificate of Attendance is granted to those participants who attend at least 10 of the 12 sessions. 

A Certificate of Passing is granted to those participants who satisfy the requirements for the Certificate of Attendance and receive a passing grade in the course.

Late enrollments are bound by these requirements to obtain a certificate. 

A letter of participation can be obtained by request from those participants not satisfying either of the Certificate requirements.
